Processing Time: Orders are processed within 3-4 business days after payment confirmation. Orders are not processed, shipped, or delivered on weekends or public holidays.

Peak Periods: During high-demand periods, such as holidays or sales events, processing times may be extended. Any significant delays will be communicated via email.


Shipping Methods and Delivery Times

All orders are shipped from Belgium via FedEx, using secure, tracked shipping services. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the destination, package weight, and dimensions.


Estimated Delivery Times:

Belgium: 1-2 business days

Neighboring EU Countries (e.g., Netherlands, Germany, Luxembourg): 2-3 business days

Other EU Countries: 3-5 business days

International Destinations: 5-10 business days

Delivery Terms

Accurate Address: Please ensure your shipping address is complete and accurate. axabio® is not responsible for delays or delivery issues caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses.

Receiving Goods: Upon delivery, inspect the package for visible damage. If you notice damage, retain all packaging materials and contact us immediately at support@axabio.com.

Force Majeure: axabio is not liable for delays caused by unforeseen circumstances, such as natural disasters, pandemics, strikes, or other force majeure events.


Customs Duties and Taxes

Orders shipped to non-EU countries may be subject to customs fees, import duties, or taxes. These charges are not included in our product or shipping prices and are the responsibility of the recipient. Customs Delays: International orders may experience delays due to customs clearance processes. While we strive to expedite shipping, such delays are beyond our control.
